The total net out of pocket cost to you is ZERO dollars and, of course, no costs are being "rolled" or added into your loan amount.
As an added benefit, we will also advance interest free funds to establish a new escrow account for the payment of taxes and insurance. This feature of our loan program eliminates the need for a borrower to advance out-of-pocket escrow funds at settlement.
