First Choice Bank was organized in 2006 as a New Jersey state-chartered FDIC insured commercial bank and commenced operations in 2007. The Bank's principal office is located in Lawrenceville, New Jersey. FCB additionally has full service branch offices in Hamilton Township, Robbinsville, and Mercerville, New Jersey.

The Bank operates a wholly owned residential mortgage subsidiary, First Choice Loan Services, Inc. (FCLS), to conduct the Bank's residential mortgage operations. FCLS will originate residential mortgage loans throughout the United States. FCLS has loan production offices Morganville, NJ; McLean, VA; San Diego, CA; Kingston, NJ; Pittsburgh, PA; Chicago, Illinois; Rockville, MD and Boca Raton, Florida.

I am sure that this will neither be the first, nor the last praising letter that you receive about your team and I congratulate you for that. You asked my experience and feedback on my home loan refinancing with your bank and it is my pleasure to write them here: In October if somebody told me that I would refinance my home and the first payment with the new rate would start on January 2012, I would not believe that at all! Since I bought this home, 2003 I had to refinance it twice due to the decreasing interest rates while I have been getting some promotions and elevating my financial level. However, each time, refinancing process took at least 4 full months while spending many hours on the phones and many hours after the phones with loan officers and receiving-sending lots of paper works. Additionally, the loan advisors, even the member of a known cooperate, could not answer the questions right a way but took time to talk to the others and returned to me after several days. Unfortunately, these people were not trained, educated on how to handle the refinancing process. Therefore, and on top of these, my very tight schedule in November, I would not think about the refinancing my home or even refinancing with your bank would be any different. However, here is the summary in detail: I gave my first call to your loan advisor on November 01 and 15 min later we locked the rates and I received the necessary documents with instructions. Four days later I received the Good Faith Estimate and the closing day. Following the visit of a title company’s representative, on Nov 14 the refinancing process was totally completed. The loan initiation and completion occurred in the same month! I am sorry that my feedback is as short as the entire process took; even my overall conclusion is shorter than all: Thank you. However, I would like to thank my loan advisor who is excellently educated and experienced at his service furthermore he has been professional, friendly as well as very courteous.

I'm so grateful that I received a letter in the mail that introduced me to your loan advisor. I have since done two refis with your company. I have been extremely satisfied with the quality of your services and with your personnel. At the time of my first refi I was communicating with a local company who tried to convince me that I had to pay $2000 closing cost. When I told them about the terms that you were offering they warned me that you were not being honest and would charge me much more at closing. Well, I soon found out that they were the ones not being honest. The terms with your company were exactly what I was quoted. So, when rates began to drop again, I immediately called you. Whenever I needed to ask a question, your loan advisor was always helpful and very patient. I sometime had to call him two or three times a day. I also was pleased to have both closings to take place in the comfort of my own home. Signing all of those papers can be such a chore, but doing it in my home allowed me to take a quick break when it was needed. I have told several friends and family members about your bank and would rush to call if I ever need help again. It truly was a pleasure having the opportunity to share these thoughts with you.
